Growing Britain

The UK will truly grow when its people flourish, its places thrive, its economy creates shared prosperity, and its influence helps shape a better, more peaceful world. Join us and help make this vision a reality.

“Growth is more than what a nation earns, it is what it aims to become.”

 – John O’Brien MBE, Founder and Chairman, Anthropy

At Anthropy27, 10-12 March 2027, 2,500+ leaders from across UK sectors will come together at the Eden Project to inspire a brighter Britain, tackle shared challenges and highlight new opportunities.

The focus this year is Growth in every dimension and what actions we can take to achieve the type of growth that has a positive impact on people, places, our economy, and our role on the international stage.

Have your say: help shape the Anthropy27 Agenda by letting us know what you want growth to really look like for the UK. Survey closes 25 October.

Anthropy27: a co-created digital National Growthprint

For the first time, the work we do together at the national gathering will contribute to one co-created output – an interactive digital ‘National Growthprint’, which will encompass growth in all its dimensions. Unlike a conventional blueprint, which sets out a plan in advance of the build, this Growthprint will be a map of cross-sector golden threads, growth domains, and pathways for the collective action we can all take. Not a list of recommendations for Government, but a comprehensive set of practical ideas, shared priorities and opportunities for agency that we can all take forward.
Driven by Anthropy, shaped by thousands, owned by all.

Cross-sector Golden Threads

Working across silos has never been more important. Anthropy’s unique strength is its ability to convene different sectors, something increasingly rare despite being more necessary than ever. To encourage this further, we will address the systemic issues that weave across those growth domains.

What do we mean by ‘Growth’?

When we consider what growth means for the UK, we choose to go beyond economic metrics and instead focus on 18 Growth Domains. These domains move together. Push one and you feel it in the others. Grow them together and the whole nation moves forward.
