Everything else

We are often asked, how can I help to support this unique movement? The biggest help is to spread the word.

Follow us on LinkedIn and help to raise awareness by sharing our posts.

Tell your network about Anthropy and give them the opportunity to join and to contribute to the UKs largest shared agenda.

Volunteers are also a great help. If you’d like to offer people in your organisation the opportunity to volunteer onsite, working with our event delivery agency, please contact Anthropy@tro.com.

Anthropy is named after the Greek word for “Human”, which is exactly what we focus on. At Anthropy, we are passionate about a more harmonious society, as well as protection of our planet and other species.

Anthropy brings together responsible leaders and organisations to look at how to make Britain a better place. Working with a cross-sector network welcoming business and non-profit, Anthropy facilitates changing practices, building new partnerships, influencing policy and transforming personal behaviour.

Anthropy is founded on the principle that the future is a shared responsibility, and at it’s core is a 3 day national gathering which takes over the entire of the Eden Project in Cornwall, to embark on 200+ sessions, led by 600+ speakers.

The UK’s largest shared agenda, with hundreds of organisations contributing.

Anthropy is now a membership organisation that started as a soul-stirring convergence of brilliant minds at Eden Project, Cornwall. What started as a national gathering has become a year-round movement for responsible leaders and leading organisations.

Anthropy exists to inspire a better Britain. One that is more positive, sustainable, equitable, and successful. We promote the ability for leaders to help shape the national narrative, encourage collaborative thinking, and aspire to answer questions surrounding our four key themes of people, places, prosperity, and global perspective.

Anthropy empowers the Anthropy Charter, Network, and Pathway. Together, these principles create the Anthropy Framework that flows through everything we do.

Read Our Story  to learn more about Anthropy.

The Anthropy Charter is a bold response to the ongoing conversations among emerging and established leaders to encourage a new kind of leadership that inspires fresh thinking and diffuse polarisation.

The Anthropy Charter empowers Anthropists to embrace a dynamic stewardship of human kindness, meaningful collaboration, and unbound leadership. Within these principles, we encourage all Anthropists to embrace kindness, human-centric thinking, shared values, meaningful discourse, long-term thinking, cross-sector collaboration, learning leadership, connected interests, and societal leadership.

Sign the Anthropy Charter  and become an Anthropist today.

An Anthropist is a person who shares our ambition, adopts the Anthropy Charter, and is committed to collaborating with others to apply its principles to build a positive, sustainable, equitable, and successful future. An authentic optimist and advocate who uses their influence and leadership position for good.

An Anthropist is someone who adopts the Anthropy Charter and works to turn their dreams for a better Britain into a reality.

We are passionate about ensuring Anthropy positively impacts everyone and every place it crosses paths with. Protecting and supporting the local area and community is of utmost importance to us.

We host the national gatherings outside of the peak tourism season to boost the local economy when it is most needed. During the course of the 3-day gathering, Anthropy generates more than 3,500 local bedroom nights, hires 10 coaches, buys locally grown wine and locally sourced food, and keeps local taxi firms busy. Local events students and volunteers fulfill key onsite roles as Anthropy change makers, providing valuable working experience.
